When first assembled the wire rectangular frame seemed too big and bent out of shape. This made it impossible to use the lamp holder fitting and hanging it from the electric wire wasn't the best as the bulb was off centre. Eventually sorted itself out by stretching the shade. The instructions should mention this as I was about to return it as defective!Good size and shape for the room I wanted it in.
