Very cute outfit but honestly, you could buy new born clothes for cheaper!

The outfit was easy to dress the doll.

The first thing I noticed when I took this Adora 16" doll sleeper out of the box was how much brighter the colors were than what is shown in the pictures above. The pink trim at the collar, cuffs, foot bows, star and headband are all a very bright pink! The white part of the sleeper is printed with pale pink and mint stars (in various sizes) all over. These stars barely show in the photos.As an excellent seamstress and a grandmother who used to sew wardrobes for my own girls dolls, I am very confident in saying that THIS ADORA DOLLSLEEPER IS VERY WELL CONSTRUCTED.! This is just as nice as any of the clothing I sewed for my kids' dolls. The seams are essentially double stitched. If the basic seams fail (after the passage of much play time), the seams will stay closed because each seam edge is surged as well. The only place this isn't true is in the feet of the garment. I say garment because this is the kind of quality you see in real baby clothing!The design of this garment is very well thought out. There is extra room in the butt area of this outfit to allow your little girls' doll to sit without putting stress on the seams in the rest of the outfit. This helps in easing a doll into the outfit and also helps the sleeper to last longer.The total outfit is very soft jersey knit that is 100% machine washable in case dolly has an accident and falls in the mud.!BOTTOM LINE:YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR when it comes to doll clothes. I've seen cheaper doll clothes. They don't last -- they rip and tear easily at the seams. It isn't long before they need fixed, if the seam's fabric isn't shredded beyond the ability to fix it. Trust the Adora name. You get quality material that WON'T SHRED AT ALL and construction that will stand the test of time!

My 11-year-old daughter and her friends still like to set up detailed scenarios with their dolls. Recently, they had some "baby" dolls, and my daughter asked to get this, along with some other Adora items, as part of the game. I was hesitant at first, but my daughter and her friends have actually used it a lot. The clothing is actually well made, with soft fabric and good stitching. My daughter and her friends have a combination of 16" dolls from various companies, and this clothing fits them. I have no idea how much longer my daughter and her friends will want to play with dolls. But when they are done, I'll be able to donate this for another child and I think it will still be in great condition. Seems worth it to me.

I received this product through the amazon vine program and these little 16 inch doll outfits are seriously adorable and versatile. My daughter has more dolls than any child really ever needs and they are all from different brands and lines, etc. When we got this one in the mail, we tried it on a few different dolls and found that it fits several different dolls. The 16 in size seems to be a pretty standard size range for most dolls so it worked out perfectly. She's already begging me to get back on here and see if they have anymore doll outfits. lol

soft and easy to clean

Adora's products are always well made! I've never had an issue with them other than the occasional tight arm/foot band. This outfit is no exception to the excellent quality they offer! There are other pricier lines of dolls/accessories that come no where near the quality of this brand!
