Make Delicious, Authentic Biryani at Home
I have already tried 3 of the 6 spice mixes so far and have found that I am going to the Indian restaurant in town much less often. The box provides you with the ingredients and directions to make a "green masala" that you cover the meat (or meat substitute in my case) then top with basmati rice. Once you are finished cooking, you mix everything together and serve. The spice mixes make cooking delicious Indian biryani easy.

Good stuff to cook with
Once i figured out the way to cook it with my extras (2nd try),The dishes came out excellent. They are mostly very spicy, whichis fine with me. I will purchase again!
