I absolutely agree that the world is completely out of balance.
Mankind's advances in technology and breakthroughs in science are quite impressive. We all strive for more success, more admiration, more possessions, more, more, more... How many of us actually take the time to sit and relax? I don't mean in front of the television or while listening to music; those things keep your mind focused on outer stimuli when true relaxation comes from focusing on you and what is in your mind.Once we understand Yin and Yang and begin to acknowledge their roles in our lives, we become more balanced human beings. Don't take either to the extreme, and you'll begin to feel much better. Both extreme Yin and extreme Yang create imbalance and lead to very different problems including health problems or mental or emotional problems.I love the explanations of both Yin and Yang in this book, they're so easy to understand. I could easily see how imbalanced I am at times, even though I do strive for a balanced life. I recommend The Little Book of Yin to anyone who needs a quick reminder of how to balance out the hectic with the peaceful, and become more balanced.

Intresting book.
Intresting book. I've leraned a lot new. I'm not a beginner in meditation but I should say that in this book you'll find a lot of new techniques. I think this one will be useful for beginners and non-beginners. Very simple and understandable description make this book is one of the best about this subject actually. I recommend both this one for meditation and a crossing or the drop's history by Anatoliy Obraztsov for inpritaion and I'm sure you'll get an exellent result!
