Not quite there
The idea is really good, but it didn't quite work out as I expected. When you start making ice there is nothing to hold the central container down. It floats up and all the water collects under it, so instead of getting multiple small bits of ice you get one solid disc. The next time I filled the central container as well with water, and got the expected ice hemispheres, but also a huge block of ice. Then there is nowhere to put the ice. The design needs some way of holding the middle down.

This cannot work well
This does not work well the moment you put the water between the silicon Blue cover and the jar the jar floats and the water instead of remaining on the round sections moves down and simply fills the silicon Blue cover like some water filling a bucket and makes the jar float so now you will have put weight on the jar

Space saving 40 ice cube maker
Good product. Can make 40 cubes at one time. And can fit in a 500 ml bottle. A bit difficult to fill water though.
