Love this when I wake up in the middle of the night and my hips are hurting really bad that I can't sleep , I just scrap them a bunch and then I am able to go back to sleep. Since I have been doing this my hips hardly ever wake me up anymore, as before it was every night! Thank you, thank you!!!! 💕

This is a replacement for a Bian Stone gua sha tool I bought last year that broke a few months ago when I dropped it on my hardwood floor. Hence, why I decided to go with something more durable and less breakable. The weight of the tool is good and it's easy to hold on to for the most part. It has a similar feel to the adhesion breaker stainless steel tools I have used at a physical therapy office I used to work at. I would say for the price and feel of the tool it's a better value than stainless steel with similar quality and has the better durability than any of the stone tools even if they feel slightly smoother while scraping against the soft tissue. I have used the tool on my neck, traps, pecs, calves, arms and legs and it seems to work well for most areas. Will report back in 3-6 months to see how it's holding up.

Great shape, and has a lot of potential. I must have gotten one made from a bad batch of sugar glass because the thing literally exploded from a 2” fall onto the counter as I took it out of the package.

Make sure to read the size chart. Then when you have the wrap/brace, (if possible) fit the velcro pieces at the back of the brace together so that the brace resembles a sleeve, then gently slide it over your knee, and wrap the velcro straps to provide the tension you need to keep the brace in place. The brace fits snuggly. If you're going to wear it over clothing, measure your leg with clothing on. The brace is adjustable, so it can accommodate swelling. If you're measurements put you betwwen sizes, choose the next size up.I've found this brace fits my leg well, and doesn't slip as I go through the day. It is providing good supportand has been comfortable directly against my skin or over leggings.I've had a hard time attaching the velcro behind my knee, if I'm wearing the brace. My physical therapist suggested that I can fit them together and then slide the brace on. I thought this would be painful, but it turned out to be fine. She had me slide it on and then position my knee through the hole at the front. It's much more comfortable as I was able to align the velcro pieces so that the ends weren't rubbing against my skin.Be well S.

I LOVE this tool. I couldn't believe how great it felt on my back, legs, shoulders, and even hands. Even without exerting a ton of pressure, I could feel the tool working into my muscles, and I felt myself relax almost immediately. The tool is easy to hold--slightly awkward at first, but I quickly got used to it.The only downside is that it is incredibly fragile. My five-year old got a hold of the tool and accidentally dropped it on our wood floor. A piece of the jade broke off instantly. I was so disappointed and tried to keep using the tool anyway, but the edge was so sharp I just couldn't.So be careful with this thing! It works wonderfully to soothe sore muscles, but it is very breakable.I received a discounted tool in exchange for an honest review.

This is the product I expected. Although the edge isn't quite a sharp as described, that is a good thing. The finish is excellent and the stone is very attractive. I am very happy with this purchase.

I didn't receive any info about how to take care the tool and most of all this product will break this is the second piece I bought.

I use this as a practicing Athletic Trainer. Works great, has a good weight in your hand. I like the edge. Metal is the way to go, I have dropped it once and no problems. The only issue is the "copper" tarnishes after first use.
