This book is great. It contains a series of Arabic proverbs, written both in Arabic script and in transliteration, along with the closest English equivalent (or noting where there is no equivalent, or that the proverb is shared by both languages). It is aided with some well-done and funny line drawings to illustrate the point. It is very useful to English learners of Arabic (or Arabic students of English), both for the proverbs themselves and the vocabulary which it uses.Highly recommended.
