I’m having an issue trying to eject the battery to return it to the seller. Any suggestions?

You may need to push both ejector slides at the same time. Also, if the fit is off, use a knife to pry the battery up, while the slides are being pushed. Don't pry too hard and break anything.

battery ad says 5200 mAh, but prior purchase and review showed only 4400 mAh, and was responded to saying yes, only 4400 mAh. Is it still only 4400 ?

this battery shows 11.1 volts. my current battery is 10.8. Are they compatible?

My original HP battery is also 10.8 volts; this replacement battery appears to work fine with my laptop. The item description states the replacement battery is compatible to the 10.8v.
