Garbage
These balloons do not inflate as round as they appear in the picture - they are very egg shaped. Also not as clear as I would have liked, and all the confetti sunk to the bottom. I had a hard time getting any to stick to the sides of the balloon. These are total garbage, not to mention only one in the pack had colorful confetti. The others had weird colors that I would not use.

No good
These were disappointing. Difficult to inflate and all the confetti stayed at the bottom so they just looked clear. I tried to put water in one and also create static to get the paper to stick to the inside but neither work. Would not recommend.

Extremely disappointing! Not at all as pictured!
A terrible disappoint! 2 of them would not rise with the helium. 1 of them flopped over the string instead of standing straight. The confetti to all of them just dropped down to the bottom. I tried all kinds of tricks. They were supposed to be a part of the main attraction of a birthday party. Waste of money for balloons and expensive helium to fill them
