I love this infrared chair heating pad! This is an awesome product and I recommend everyone getting one. What a difference in my back since I started using it. Pain has decreased, flexibility is better and I just feel better .

Great heating pad. It feels so comforting and calming. I have had the round disk pads with jade and rose quarts and they can sometimes get a hotspot near the cord and they're made of PU that flakes apart after a while. Not so with this pad. Whatever fabric they use is good so far and doesn't seem to be PU. I do wish it was slightly more bendable to form to my body but it can also be good to have it be more stiff which makes it more manageable in some instances. I love the exact temperature controls. I feel much more in control of the settings. Also love the extended time setting up to 12 hours. Great for when you're not well and need it to stay on without being bothered by resetting it every 90 minutes like some pads. My Mother commandeered this one and I will be getting another ASAP.

She was experiencing some mild pain due to onset of IVDD. Her vet recommended an Assisi Loop, which I bought, but found difficult to use on her. (She is very wiggly.) The company who sold me the Loop recommended an Assisi Lounge, if I found the Loop successful. I ended up trying the Loop on myself, and I was pleased with the result (and I am a cynic when it comes to this kind of stuff), but the Lounge was small and expensive, so I started shopping around and found this mat. It has the same pEMF as the Lounge, but also has the heat, timer, IR therapy, and (cynic popping back in) heated crystal therapy. Whatever it does, it works. My dog's physical therapist (who also was a fan of the Loop) is thrilled with her progress and says she has no noticeable pain anymore. (She had a little belly pain before and pain at the T5.) I keep it under her dog bed in her vehicle kennel, so she lays on it for about an hour every day, as we drive to work. I don't know how much of the IR she is getting through a sheepskin fleece, and I have the temp set at 75F, since she is a lab and doesn't like to be too warm, but I think the pEMF is working through the fabric (the brochure says it does) and the mat does warm up her bed a bit, which is nice for her when she has to hop in on a sub-40F day and I have already pre-warmed the bed for her. Or maybe it is the crystals. Whatever it is, it is helping, and she is acting about three years younger than her age.

(Their feedback is bogus. They do not sell apple products etc) anyways…the heating is inconsistent and instead of relaxing I am having to focus too much on the heat. It will get extremely hot on a setting of 100* or it’ll not heat up at all on a setting of 135*. The timer is for looks only as it literally does nothing. Unfortunately, I am 6 weeks outside of amazons return window. Not like 6 months or 6 years or 6 decades. Sellers phone number only goes to voice mail. And…the timer doesn’t do anything! And… Ok…so I am NOT a seamstress…but I tried. The handle ripped out when I picked up the bag on my second use. I didn’t mind too bad but when this defective heating problem began on the 5th use, I cannot safely use the mat. My question is…why should I pay so much for an item that clearly needs to stored in a protective bag only to find out the bag is cheap cheap cheap. Not only that, but you must know origami in order to fold this thing to get it in the bag. UPDATE: 4/24/23 Healthyline emailed me with a myriad of things to try to fix the problem. It was ridiculous! I’m surprised it didn’t include something like do the chicken dance while standing on your head and clicking your heels together three times. Needless to say it did not resolve the issue. Today I finally spoke with a person I assume is from the company even though she didn’t even use the company name once and only answered “hello”. Regardless…I was told it’s outside of their return policy also. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told, “they’ll just tell you the same thing”. I said that’s ok I’d like to speak with them. Hopefully they’ll call. I simply want a refund. I don’t want a replacement. At this point I’m so irritated over this entire sham that I wouldn’t use it even if they sent one. I’ll keep ya posted!

Let me start off by saying this heating pad is the only relief I get from my chronic back pain. Heat will stay on for hours without getting cooler like a standard heating pad. It's like my best friend! I even got one for my daughter, cause really, everyone should have one! Unfortunately, after 2 years, something happened where it wouldn't heat up to past 90 degrees. The customer service was awesome! I had immediate responses with customer service using Amazon portal. Jade with Healthyline took care of me and got me a replacement using the 2 year part of the warranty. I highly recommend, it's worth every penny!

This item really works, I use it every night, it stays warm and I notice a difference when I change the PEMF settings. I sleep better and my for ever back pain has practically disappeared

After researching and testing PEMF mats, I knew I wanted a PEMF mat but was not ready to spend the 1000s of dollars to get one. This mat has PEMF and FIR/hot stones at an affordable price, the review are great so I decided to try it. The mat was delivered as we were getting 2 feet of snow. The snow shoveling took hours. I lay on the warm mat right after spending hours outside. I wasn't even sore the next day! The teens have been using the mat everyday too. It helps them relax and fall asleep at a reasonable time. We have only been using the mat for a week, it is definitely helping with acne already. Can't wait to enjoy the other benefits that will come with continued use.

I use my heating pad every morning and love it. I discovered I don't have the right chair to sit it in with neck and upper back heating. I can sleep on it but don't like having it on all night. Lots of experimentation gets the best solutions - all in all is functions well. It may be a little small at times - but it is not light weight so larger would mean heavier. This pad can easily be moved around - a good feature.

Have not been able to receive support from healthy line even though it is within the 1 year warranty and has completely stopped working.
