works for my purpose
Need to put some pressure, and hold it still for couple minutes to build a strong bond. The result is not crystal clear, but doesn't bother for my purpose.

Excellent cement. Bad container.
The designer of the cement is brilliant. The designer of the metal container is stupid. Only stupid one could assume that the buyers would use all the content at once. There is no way to seal the container after opening. Fluid slowly and steadily evaporates and poisons the environment.
