Ask questions before buying
Dislike the way they advertise. They advertise a mini washing machine, but when you receive you only get an expandable small tub. No unit for actual washing as pictures show. When I complained, their response was "you ordered the tub only" when in fact I did not. Then they tried telling me that due to my dissatisfaction, they will discount the actual mini washing machine at 30%. This is unacceptable as they want you to spend more money to get your business. AMAZON SHOULD HAVE A BBB-type dept to shut them down!
