Aero Hanging Nursery Mobile - 24 Inches - High Quality Plastic - Handmade in Denmark by Flensted

I ADORE this mobile! I wanted something interesting for my son to look at while in his crib, and he loves it, too! We decorated his nursery in vintage airplanes, and this mobile added just the right touch. Though the mobile arrived with "some assembly required", the planes were not hard to put together. I like that they're lightweight plastic (as opposed to paper), and I feel like they'll hold up for quite awhile. The air flow from our floor vents is just enough to keep the planes circling gently all the time. I would totally buy more mobiles from this company!

This mobile is way overpriced for what it is. When I opened the package, the string that keeps the mobile together was completely tangled. I tried for almost two hours to untangle it and couldn't get it undone. I'm very good at untangling things: Christmas lights, shoelaces, necklaces. I always get a knot out, but this was literally impossible. And why did it come tangled? For a company that seems to pride itself on design, the packaging design here was awful. How did it even get in the box so tangled?Also, the entire thing is in pieces and you have to put it together with directions so bad they make Ikea seem preassembled. I love crafts and I love a good challenge, but this was not fun in any way. I put together one of the planes before attempted to detangle the knots. There are no words on the directions and the pictures display angles that are missing the full scope of what is required. The pieces are flimsy and do not come together like in the pictures. Also, this may be on me, but I did not realize that I would need to put together the entire thing. For almost $60, I could've probably made something sturdier myself from craft items at the dollar store.

When I first got this mobile, I kind of felt "ripped off" - it's a very lightweight product that costs a lot of money. But after putting it together and hanging it, I think I can more appreciate the craftsmanship of it now. Yes, it is very little substance, but I think the value is in its design and assembly. All the planes are balanced and it is constantly in motion, with just the slightest amount of draft in the room. That means I never have to wind it up, and no batteries to replace, ever! It's just starting to catch my baby's eye (she's 8 weeks) which helps to calm her when we do diaper changes.

This looks great hanging over our baby's crib, and I love that it's not battery powered and plays music, or has lights all over - he gets enough of that during playtime, sleep time should be peaceful! Simple design, but the way the planes rotate is fascinating and very soothing - my husband and I enjoy watching it too. Assembly was easy, although I do wish the propellers on each plane snapped on more securely. I'm going to have to come up with a way to attach them better so one doesn't come off and drop in the crib.

I was very disappointed in this product- I had heard so many great things about this brand! Although the mobile is beautifully balanced and spins well, the mobile itself is made out of very cheap, flimsy plastic, which might not be so bad if the propellers didn't all rip. I'm just wondering how long this product will last, as nothing "clicks" into place. The only reason I gave this product more than one star is because it does hang so beautifully.

This is our second flensted mobile as our first child really loved hers. They move gently in the draft and are really interesting for infants to look at. As the child got older we taught colors and now the mobile is decoration in her room. Great design and ready to put together. I think it is worth the price considering how long we use it for.

Purchased this item as a gift for my nephews! and I loved! it is light and have the airy look to it. its easy to assemble. it only took less than 30 mins. will definitely recommended this for anyone who loves plane and used as a deco for kids room.

The mobile is made of light plastic materials. Some reviewers think this is a downside, but when you have your air or fan on low, the mobile moves easily. Since the material has a little more weight, it doesn't move as easily as the card stock used in other Flensted's mobiles. The first assembly was a little tricky, but after the first, I was able to assemble the other planes quickly. A word of caution, if you are using this over a crib, make sure there is no way your child can reach (adjust as they grow). My daughter started to play with another Flentsed mobile I had purchased and the balance was never the same. I was unsuccessful at repairing so I have to order a new one.

Muy bonito. Facil de montarlo, material un poco fragil. Hay que tener mucho cuidado. He quedado un poco decepcionada con el material. Pero a mi hijo le encanta aunque no pueda tocarlo 🙁

Our toddles has three mobiles now, all of them from this manufacturer. This is is favourite as he loves aeroplanes, and it was my favourite as it needed to be assembled so we both got something out of it! It's just slotting things together and nothing too complex, but enjoyable nonetheless.
