Boxes came crushed
I order Kleenex Trusted Care tissues all the time. I like getting the 230 count. The bigger boxes seem to last longer. It's a quality product that I will continue to buy.I order from different stores on Amazon and have never had a problem.This particular store delivered in a timely manner, but some of the boxes came crushed. One box was so damaged that I had to tape the ends back together. (I will be taking this box to work.)None of the boxes are so damaged that I cannot use the product, but putting them out on the counter you can really see the damage.I probably will not order from this store again.

Crushed boxes, not as soft
Half of the boxes were crushed. They are not as soft as they used to be. I have been using a lot of tissues this allergy season and noticed they seemed rougher than normal. I found an old box in my home and was amazed at how soft it was. I don't know if Kleenex has gone down in quality or if we are getting rejects on Amazon. I'll buy a box at a local store and compare the quality.Update: I will now be buying my Kleenex from my local store. They are much softer than these.

Shipping done RIGHT.
I am happy with this product. More importantly, Black & White Eagle INC, who shipped this product in a protective shipping BOX. Unlike other companies (who try to save on shipping costs by simply slapping a shipping label on the actual product without a shipping box), this company properly shipped this item.
