I just got this so I have only be wearing it for 2 days. It's made very well. It is uncomfortable for me . My sprain is on the side of my knee. The metal bar is hitting me where my knee is hurt. I have to keep reposition it. It does have great support. I need so more time to see if it will help with my sprain. I'm happy that I did purchase it.

I used this when I hurt my knee until I could go to the doctor. It was a good brace. I liked the support and that I could still move very easy in it. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the way the Velcro connects. It scratched the back of my leg. So I just used a thin towel that is used for sports and it helped. But overall it’s a nice brace.

I have never felt a need to review something I’ve bought until now! I am completely satified and blow away about the quality of the ATX knee brace. I blew my knee out a few months back at work, and this knee brace has really sped up my recovery. Being a active person who works 40-60 hours a week the ATX hinged knee brace has been a lifesaver! I have used multiple knee braces in the past, but I have always had problems with comfort, sizing, and overall performance. This knee brace feels like it was made for me! I don't know how but I injured my knee so badly that it was not stable, couldn't take full weight, and was difficult to walk as my lower leg would constantly swing too far forward and cause extreme pain. I endured through a month of pain before trying this out. This hinged brace held my knee in place but still allowed me to take long walks without added pain. After wearing it for a few days I could stand and walk around the house without trouble, then used it for the rest of a week each time I walked long distances. That was all I needed for my knee to heal and I've been fine for months now. It was perfect!

I have had knee problems for years. Purchasing this knee brace was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Being a father of younger kids, it’s hard to be as active as possible when you deal with something as horrible as knee pain. The design is perfect, and it even comes with a travel bag! Out of all the braces I have tried, I have yet to be more satisfied with the quality and support the Atx brace offers. I have no skin irritation using this brace. It also can be used over light pants.This brace has not only improved me physically, but it has improved my relationship with my family, and my work life.

This product didn’t last on my leg for an hour. Something rough (probably the Velcro) was rubbing the back of my knee raw. I tried adjusting it multiple times and even taping a bandage to the back of my knee. I returned it.

It's the best fitting brace I ever had. I use them on each knee for my psoriatic arthritis. It allows me to function day to day and helps alleviate pain.
