When I received the product, it did not have the same soldering iron holder as in the picture. I figured, no worries, as long as it works, except that the iron would touch the metal sides of the holder and it was unusable. Then when I plugged everything in to try to get it working, the display kept saying S-E (sensor error) and would not stop. While I was pressing buttons and trying to make the hot air work, the hot air gun STARTED SMOKING AND BURNING. I will not be using the product anymore and it will be returned. Let me reiterate, DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE!

I assembled the unit and turned on the soldering iron side (hot air side off) and while waiting for the iron to heat up smoke began pouring out of the heat gun, by the time I reached around to unplug the unit it was cherry red and had begun to droop as the plastic housing melted. I will be returning this and purchasing a other, more reliable unit

When it says 2 color option's thats not true one is like the main picture but the supposed other color is not actually a different color its a completely different item. Was not happy when i DIDN'T receive what was shown the day before Christmas! I will be returning this for a complete refund!
