Loc-Line40480 Coolant Hose Magnetic Base Manifold Super Kit, 25 piece, 1/4" Hose ID

I bought this for a flood coolant setup on my Bridgeport Series 2 mill and it works great.

I run air through this for certain pieces on the small grinder at work. Cheaper than a cold gun and you don't get the coolant mess. You have to watch adjusting the air because you can accidentally blow the hose apart if you adjust it to fast.

I bought two of these kits to use at work, with the intention of being able to move them easily from one location to another. Although I have used and love Loc-Line products in general, I had to give this only 3 stars due to the magnetic bases. The fit and finish of the magnetic bases is great, but the second time I moved one of them the adhesive holding the magnet failed and the magnet remained stuck on the machine. I have not attempted to repair that one yet, but I imagine a stronger adhesive and/or the addition of a (nylon?) set screw will fix the problem. Other than the bases, these kits are great and include a ton of pieces for setting it up just about any way imaginable. Although not 100% necessary, the Loc-Line pliers are a big help in assembling the components and nozzles.

Great product! Using it on my drill press. The magnetic manifold is great! The magnet is plenty strong to hold the items in place, even if inverted.I recommend this product 100%.

This is my first purchase of original Loc-line. Superior to anything else I've tried in 30+ years. Be sure to purchase the pliers.
