Chalktrail for Bikes

I love this gadget. It’s wrapped and awaiting Christmas morning form my 8 year old bike loving granddaughter. She also uses sidewalk chalk almost daily so I picked up an extra box as well as the glittered chalk. I ran the idea by her Aunt who always Scores with the perfect gifts for kids and she gave this two thumbs up. It was affordable and will allow her hours of fun. I’ve explained it to my age group friends as a bicycle Spirograph.

a single bike with trail is already awesome, but it inspires other kids to have one too and when multiples are getting together beautiful patterns emerge. especially if you clump a few colors together and cycle 8's it is awesome to see.I picked it up because I wanted to get my daughter off the side wheel helpers and exercise more when the weather is nice and this was a great way to achieve that, it worked! :)

If your kids love riding their bikes, or if you wish they loved riding their bikes… you should get one of these things! My two kids (ages 5 and 2.5) absolutely love this thing and it makes them want to ride even more. I wish regular sidewalk chalk could fit in the “ChalkTrail” but that doesn’t keep me from absolutely loving this product! Plus – I guess it only makes sense to use specific chalk, “ChalkTrail” is only trying to make some extra money off of this super-cool item and I can’t fault them for that.I’ll continue to keep my garage stocked with standby pieces of chalk ready for the kids… very cool product!

Easy to put together and once it was all together my 5 year old had no issues with putting it on his bike. We were shocked how well it worked! We even tried it on a bike with training wheels and it still fit! Super fun to have kids following the chalk trail!

My step-daughter absolutely loved this gift. We brought her a new bike and this was the perfect fun accessory for it. Her birthday was in September and she actually was able to ride the bike and use the chalk trail up until December. She had hours of fun and was able to draw pretty cool designs. The neighborhood kids would trace an outline for her to ride her bike over and she made a cute flower and wrote her name. Hours of fun for sure! By the way, my stepdaughter is 10 years old.

Super fun bike acessory that even the kids can move from bike to bike. The chalktrail is really different and creative, while they get excersise. Any toy that moves a child off the couch and gets them outside for hours of fun is a great purchase. Don't forget to buy replacement chalk!

I bought two of these for my 9yo and 3yo. They are easy to "install" and work well, but the chalk does not last long at all, and the kids are always stopping to move the chalk down in the clip. Wish the chalk was standard sidewalk chalk size so you could buy it in bulk cheaper.

The concept is a good one, however, the chalk kept slipping through so my daughter had to keep stopping to push it back down. Also, the chalk that came with it lasted 1 bike ride. I thought you could just use a normal sidewalk shop, but not the case. The chalk is much larger. I also think the product is overpriced.

V disappointed with this product, v good idea but execution below any standards. You have to ride on a very, very smooth surface for this item to work properly. Small bumps and uneven surface makes chalk to lose it position and no line can be draw. chalk holder itself has poor connection to the plastic frame- this grey attachment /I was walking behind my son bike and picking every 100 yards lose part from a street/.If grip on chalk and chalk holder-frame attachment was good I will give this product 5 *. Like it is now is danger for users /kids/ as it makes riders to perform dangerous manoeuvres /it's hard to explain 5years old boy not to drop his bike anywhere and to run for lost parts on a street/pavement/playground/.
