Fricon 40" Deluxe Dipping Cabinet Refrigerator Freezer

These units are junk. I had one for less than a month before it crapped out. One of the tubes in the sealed system clogged up and the unit quit holding temp. When i called Alamo to report the problem they said that they would not cover the problem. I'm a mobile ice cream vendor and they were informed of that when i purchased the unit. They refused to replace or even repair the issue because it was plugged into an extension cord. When they refused to cover the unit i then asked them what part of mobile they didn't understand. Needless to say the manufacturer of this unit has no confidence in their product. They talk about how great their warranty is yet refuse to stand behind it. I forgot to mention that I called the company in my area that services their products. Their tech saod that an extension cord had nothing to do with the problem.
