Excellent go anywhere set and very good value for your money

We ordered this as another garden game to keep us all amused during lockdown and beyond. We have two young children and thought it would be good fun and we weren’t wrong.The net is a retractable design that has really good tension and winds in easily and automatically meaning it can be unclipped and popped back in it’s little bag in a couple of seconds. It clipped onto our kitchen table and patio table in seconds. Press the side ‘button’ and the bottom plate lowers, then you just push up against the table and release so it automatically clamps in place. Perfect. Simple. Easy.The bats are good quality. Two layers of rubber on each side. Nice Matt wood handles that are comfortable to hold for us and our kids.6 ping pong balls included, which is great.We love this little kit. We can play outside in nice weather or we use the kitchen table on rainy days.We happened to have a sheet of spare plywood, (like you do!) and just laid it on top of our picnic bench in the garden. It works a treat. It’s a similar length to a proper table tennis table (couple of inches longer and 30cm approx narrower) but for our purposes it is perfect.I really do recommend this product and have messaged all our friends to tell them about it. It came really quickly and we are All delighted with it. Much laughter rang out from our garden yesterday.

The bats are fabulous, nicely made and great to use, and the balls and carry bag are goodquality too.Unfortunately, although the net itself is good, the spring is just not strong enough so the net doesn't retract into the handles fully and you have to roll it up for the last bit.Shame because otherwise this is very well made.

We love these as a family. I thought it was good value, four bats, a good stash of balls and a pop-up net that's easy to fit to anything within reason.You have to understand you're not buying high-end pro-quality sports kit here. But once you accept that, the equipment is great. You're up and running almost instantly, having great exercise and good fun in the Covid-19 times. We play on our garden table. And we laugh a lot and enjoy it. The only reason not five stars is I slightly feel the balls could be better, but, you know, picky. They're still perfectly fine. You can have a fun game and that's what really matters.

Good value set

The retracting spring on the net stopped working after very first use. So just have to wrap around the stands now. Still works well, and paddles and balls seem good quality. Overall pleased with the set.

Was received quickly. I've only had the set for a few days, no issue whatsoever, the bats look sturdy, the net works well and fits perfectly on my living room table. Would recommend!

Thinking of returning it. Loved it initially but the net doesn’t retract after 2 days of use.
