Absolutely Useless
The only this sensor can do is find nails and edges. On stud, you find the edge of a stud and it beeps if you continue on it just keeps beeping. it does not register the other edge. Electrical scan does not pick anything up and deep is also unable to find anything.DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS ITEM.

AC line detection not working for 110V. Deep scan is not reliable.

Find those studs and pipes
This replaces a very old Zircon that got lost in the most recent move. Glad I needed to buy a new one as this is easier to use and more sensitive. This stud finder found a stud that my contractor missed with his very expensive finder. Reasonably priced so that a homeowner could own a quality unit and not feel he/she had spent too much for a seldom-used tool.
