The pelvic wand its very easy to use, very comforting, helps reduce the pelvic pain, the leaks and strengthen your pelvis wall. I would really recommend it, I bought it a couple of weeks ago and I have been trying it 2 times a day and I have been really feeling the difference you can feel the comfort on your pelvis and you start feeling more confidentabout yourself. It's a keeper.

Der Stab war eine Empfehlung von meiner Beckenbodenphysiotherapeutin um Verspannungen bei hyperreaktivem Beckenboden gezielt triggern und lösen zu können. Funktioniert sehr gut und ist leicht in der Anwendung.

Absolutely great product great at releasing tight pelvic floor muscles which lessens pain very useful if you suffer with hip or lower back or pelvic pain try it out it will help might not be right for everyone but I think this product is great and recommend it.

Helps alot with relieving Tail Bone pain. If you are in Fight or Flight mode all the time because if Tail Bone pain give it a try. And also go see a pelvic floor specialist they can show you how to use it. And good see Dr. Donavan Smolich if you have Tailbone pain. I will have to fly to him yet to get mine fixed. Look him up in YouTube. He has changed so many people's life's.

Je suis ravie de cette baguette coudée, ferme et précise, pour masser en endo le périnée et les muqueuses vaginales. L’usage d’un Lubrifiant est recommandé, même si les deux pointes arrondies sont fines et ne font pas « peur ». J’ai opté pour cette marque pour sa finesse qui permet d’être précise, et sans vibration pour ne pas passer à côté des messages cachés derrière chaque point douloureux. Plus tard, je testerai la vibration, mais pour commencer, la tige simple est préférable. Je n’ai pas encore regardé les vidéos, mais où bout de 5 min, j’ai compris. Il est utile de travailler tous les aspects d’un vaginisme : osteo, kiné spécialisée sur les problèmes d’asynergie, psy et thérapie, activation de l’imaginaire erotique, étirements physiques (le bassin, les hanches, le spoas, meditation … ce qu’il est possible pour détendre les muscles du périnée qui se sont durcis et qui étranglent mon vagin, fermant l’entrée et douloureux au fond.
