Great material and sound, sizing could be clearer
The material and sound quality are excellent. It feels consistent and durable, and it’s affordable too. The only thing is that sizing can be tricky—some reviews mentioned it only fitting on the pinky, but in my case it works perfectly on my ring finger. It really depends on your hand size and use, but overall it’s 100% recommended.

Solid slide, excellent price!
Been meaning to learn some slide techniques but keep losing the cheapies I’ve bought over the years. This one also leans on the cheaper side, but I trust the Fender name and decided to give this a chance. It’s exactly what it says on the tin (plastic?): a slide. It’s not very weighty, as one should expect at this price point, but it’s solid. Could likely take being thrown around a gig bag for a good while without showing any notable wear. As for how it sounds? Pretty good, any inconsistencies in sound are definitely user error.

Smooth and sounds better than glass to me.
I bought several glass slides before I found one that fit properly and still didn't like it all that much. It was tight fitting but worked. The brass one fit very well albeit a bit heavy but definitely sounds better and easier to use. Glass for my ears was a bit too sharp on the notes where as the brass actually sounded great in comparison. It's also large enough I can slip it off my finger quickly with very little effort. Very highly polished and unique metal mix so it doesn't tarnish easily and hasn't for me at all yet. Tone and sound wise I would definitely recommend brass over glass any day! Not just because of the fit and fee but mostly the sound. Using a slide takes a while to get used to also so be patient. Getting your own technique takes practice but will pay off at some point and get you that sound!

Great Resonator Sound
Perfect length, diameter, and weight for sliding on my resonator guitar in Open D tuning with medium gauge phosphor bronze strings and action that is only slightly high. This slide lets the hi notes sing out and the medium weight and length of it are enough to sound out the bottom low string. I've had trouble with shorter lighter slides because they don't have the mass to make the low string loud enough. This Fender slide is the kind of slide I've searched for since..well, a long time. It fits nicely on my ring finger but I prefer it on my pinky. To make it fit snug I put a few strips of sticky back felt inside. I love that feel and I love the sound I'm getting now.

Seems Good
I'm sure this is good. The bore turned out to be too small for my fingers.

These Run Small
Nice quality steel. There is no slight roughness to the surface like some slides, which I will add with a piece of sandpaper. Experienced slide players will know what I'm talking about. Only problem is it's a little small. I use my average size pinky for slide, and this is even a little small for my pinky. You might want to order a bigger size.
