Anyone who has a dog knows that … well, POOP happens! While picking up after pooch will never be an enjoyable part of dog ownership, the Pleasant Pooch Dog Poop Bags, with their lavender scent, really do make it much more bearable! Knowing they are biodegradable is another great feature. So, until our Guinness can learn to pick up after himself, we are devoted Pleasant Pooch Dog Poop Bag users! Oh, WAIT! They are also great when scooping out the cat's litter box! That lavender scent is a great idea!

These dog poop bags worked really well for me, and my German Shepherd. The lavender smell does a great job masking bad odors, and they are really sturdy. The packaging is adorable, and you get a lot of bags for what you pay for. They are user friendly, a lovely color, AND they are good for the environment. I also like how easy they are to open and the rolls are less bulky to carry around. The nice green color reminds me that I'm using biodegradable gabs and helping the earth while scooping the poop.

These bags are terrible! At least one of every three bags rips open. Not only do they not smell like lavender (or anything nice), but they don’t even lessen the smell of the poop. I kept thinking I had stepped in poop because the odor was so strong, while walking outdoors. I usually use the cheap wal-mart bags, I never smelled the poop through those. Also, the roll comes unraveled out of the dispenser, which never happened with the wal-mart bags. I don’t have a yard, so we go through a lot of bags, I was hopeful for the biodegradable aspect, but very disappointed. Don’t waste your money!

These pooh bags make cleaning up after man’s best friend a bit more pleasant. The lavendar scent is a big plus, and the size is easy to tuck into a coat pocket. An additional positive is the fact that they are biodegradable. I would highly recommend the Pleasant Pooch bags.

These bags get the job done. They are a bit thin, but I have little dogs with little poop, so it works fine for me. The one thing I do not like is that it is difficult to tear the bag off the roll. You have to pinch at the sides and carefully tear the bag off the roll. Whereas with other companies I can just grab and tear, usually with one hand. Unfortunately, because of that, I do not think I will be purchasing these again.

The description claims that the bags will "overpower" the smelliest of contents. This was only true for the first bag I used (for my indoor cat), and the rest of the bags had no scent whatsoever. Even holding up the box with the hundreds of bags to my nose had no scent. If you're buying this purely for the lavender scent DON'T. I rated this product three stars because it is durable and biodegradable, but not truly scented as claimed in the product description.

Never had a problem with it tearing at all but bags were a little hard to tear apart and separate to open. Wish bags were black or a darker color so you wouldn't see through it, which is my fault for ordering this color.
