Iron Gorilla Weight Lifting Belt - 10mm Double Prong 4 Inches (Black, Small)

Okay, soooooo iam a 27 waist, this belt runs small. I was able to get it on after a little bit of a struggle on the last holes. But I'm giving it 4 stars because the quality is so good and for the price wow. It made my back feel so secure! As it should. I love it. But if you're bigger then a 27 waist don't buy it, it wont fit, size up.

It was really hard to find a lifting belt in my size. I was hesitant to order because the size small said 25"-30" but that is definitely incorrect. I have a 24" waist and I use the third-to-last holes on the small belt. Honestly glad it was incorrect, because if it was, it wouldn't have fit. But if you're closer to the 30" end, I would size up.Otherwise, this belt is great quality for the price. It's very sturdy and thick.
