On a scale of 1-10 How quiet are they?

They’re plastic outer if you want quiet wear underwear over them. Everyone is different it really depends on what your build is, and if you’re on the top of a size or barely fitting the size. If you ask me the noise is not the issue, the bulk is the real give away.

It depends on the definition of "thick", really. Stacked up to store brands, they are extremely thick. Compared to top-tier ABDL brands, they are "pretty" thick. I would be confident wearing them out and about (I do and have), whereas, say, a Rearz Safari would be "extremely" thick within the ABDL top-tier diapers. Oddly, I feel they are more comfortable and discrete than NSC's Supreme--but that may be because of the cut. Medium MMs fit well, whereas I'm between sizes in NSS.
