The quality and color of the jacket are spot on, however I wore it for the first time and it does not get but luke warm on high, there are 3 levels. Suppose to have heat in the sleeves and I felt no heat what so ever. I have been in contact with the company about other issues and they have been quick to respond so I will update this post when I know more.Update on 2/22/23Seller has been in constant contact with me about my jacket not working properly. They offered to send me a new jacket on them which was very nice since I live in a rural area and have over an hr drive to even return it properly in the city.I have recieved the new jacket and battery is charging per 10 hrs at their request before using.Next time I wear the jacket I will report my findings on the item.The customer service with this company has been spot on and quick to respond to my concerns.Update on 2/27/23Recieved the new jacket and yes it is much better and all heating elements heat up. I believe that the jacket does appear to cool down when on high after about 10 to 15 minutes but overall its a nice quality jacket and customer service has been outstanding!! Yes I recommend the jacket but however I believe its a bit on the pricey side in comparison to the Milwaukee brands but Milwaukee does not have hot pink and this is a beautiful hot pink jacket!! I am 5'8 and 150lbs and the medium is perfect!

I would have given a 5, however it didn’t come with directions or a charge cord for the battery pack. Other than those two things it says it comes with the jacket is amazing and works wonderful! It keeps charge well and I was able to stay warm all day when I was out doing chores and walking in our local parades.

The inside is already starting to pill and I’ve only had the coat three months. That is concerning. The battery is bulky and heavy, but I do like the coat.

We got this jacket for my wife to wear for early season travel baseball games (early March) and it exceeded expectations. Battery life was surprisingly long and the jacket warms up great, we paired with heated gloves and it was a perfect combo.

I love the weight of this jacket -light and warm.Bought in fall 2022, the zipper just broke on the second snow day in March 2023. Warranty information I have to look up. Support windows closed though. Wish the warranty info was there.

Generally I’m a SMALL to MEDIUM and I bought a MEDIUM (W) which is little big even with clothes under it. The arm length slightly reaches past my palms when I let my arms hang.PROS:• snuggly warm under high heat setting even with cotton clothes under it.• seems to be water resistant (unfortunately have not tried it under a drizzle/ rain).• if heat setting starts at high, it automatically adjusts to medium after 5min to conserve battery but can be manually adjusted back to high heat setting.CONS:• takes almost 1 whole day to charge from 0 to 100.• barely feel any heat around the arms when wearing thick clothes.• not a heavy jacket but you can feel a slight weight on 1 side of it due to the power bank which is needed to heat up jacket.All in all it’s not a bad jacket, just wished it’s $120 instead of $150

This jacket keeps me warm so far mostly in low 30, high 20 degree temps which are much lower with the wind chill I have endured. The battery pocket is hard to access with the jacket on so I connect it before putting it on. The battery seems to last for a few hours & has a nice digital display of the remaining charge. The hood is a little small. I cannot pull it completely over my head if I have a hat on underneath so the little brim isn't functional at all with a hat. Plus, it is too thin to not wear a hat under it. The back warms up nicely. I don't feel much of any heat in the arms or lower body though. But I still like it despite the above comments.

Love this jacket for the most part. The only thing that I don’t like is how heavy the battery is. (Con) Other than that, I love this jacket!Pros: waterproof, fairly lightweight, coat/hood zips nice and snug so you stay warm.Cons: battery is heavy but lasts a long time on med/high setting.

I love this jacket and would recommend buying it. I bought the red one for myself and the dark blue for my partner. They fit perfectly and keep us warm on our Canadian winter hikes.

It kept my common law partner warm. She takes the dog out for her walks. She really enjoys it. There hasn't been any problems with it. I will say that after you come in you should unplug the jacket and plug it back in before using it again, I mean unplug it from the battery as long as the battery is not depleted.

The DEWBU product is incredible, I love the heater jacket. Had a problem with the product, went to the DEWBU website asking for help, the support was quick to respond to the fix issue.

I live in Alberta and it gets so cold -45 but this coat kept me warn and holds the heat even when its not on. The battery is a bit big and heavy for being for a coat but so worth it.
