I have to be honest: Here and there in the past, I have tried supplements with Guarana. Mostly liquid. This one, is good in the sense that, because of it's considerably high dose, it does give a noticeable boost. Some people may report no effect simply because they are not sensitive to Guarana, or indeed to caffeine. this can happen. Some people shake uncontrollably and can't sleep after taking one coffee, while other people like me, can take 3 coffeees and go to sleep right afterwards.Knowing I am insensitive to caffeine, I usually look for alternatives, preferably high dosage. Ok so, I saw this, bought, and found it effective. However, please be careful!.. Safe recommended dosages of Guarana are 250-300mg per day. Doses greater than that have been linked to side effects. These pills have 2000mg each!!.. To make things worse, the package says in very small letters "take one tablets (plural) daily" so, I mistook this for saying two tablets daily! That's 4000mg per day, for the last 3 months! As a result I have been having extreme irritation in my bladder and urinary urgency (one of the known side-effects). Add that to the fact that I'm already prone to kidney stones and you can imagine how this could have caused serious damage if I hadn't noticed it in time.Again, please understand, this is not exactly the fault of the product but... On the other hand, the recommended dose itself is alread excessive. 2000mg IS excessive for a lot of people. Please be careful, Guarana is not innocuous and dosage does matter, a lot!..

I have MS so caffeine is a need for me. Thought just 1 tablet a day would be great. Unfortunately I didn’t get any benefit. I was yawning like crazy at the gym. When going to bed I felt my chest get very tight- was worried I was having a heart attack! Back to taking regular caffeine tablets. Customer service is good though.

These are quite strong so I suggest starting with just one and seeing how you fare. Flavour irrelevant as just swallow! Will buy again when these are running out.

Really does give you a sharp burst of energy that lasts quite a while. Guarana is meant to be more potent than caffeine alone and, if you need to crunch some studying in or feel very groggy after a poor nights sleep. This will perk you up.I wouldn't advise combining with any other caffeine products though. Drank a red bull few hours after taking one of these and just felt bad. Tea's fine, dunno about coffee

They state are 2.000 mg per unit, BUT are NOT. I have checked with a high-precision scale and they have an average 400mg weight instead of 2.000mg.You nedd 5 pillas to achieve the stated 2.00mg.They should change the label or be banned in Amazon. Fake or misleading information. DON'T BUY.Moreover, after further testing , here is my experience:Took 1 pill, no effect.Took 2 pills, no effect after it, waited 5, 10,20, 30 minutes, 1h, 2h...nothingTook 4 pills, no effect.Took 6 pills, no effect.Took 8 pills, no effect.Took 10 pills, no effect.And finally, I started to believe this it's expired, but it says December 2024, so next day I took after breakfast a crazy amount of 15 guarana pills, and nothing....For those who thinks I may not feel anything from the guarana, I can assure you that by taking just 1 pill from another brand I can feel it's effect.I have no idea what they are using on these pills, that brownish powder can be anything but not guarana....FAKE SCAM PILLS SHOULD BE BANNED.
