I'm a mid-fifties female and I'm new to taking any type of Lion's Mane but this one came highly recommended. I can see why. This is absolutely PURE LM in powder form. At first I took the 2 scoops (scoop included thankfully!) as recommended. I took it in the morning, once with my coffee and several times just in water. But I started to feel head pressure & like I needed to rest. I reached out to customer service (they're awesome!). She mentioned that she takes it at night. So I do the same and for now, I'm taking only 1 scoop at night before I go to bed in some filtered water.I happen to be working on creating a new website at the same time I started taking this Lion's Mane. I keep bumping into unusual issues with the template/format... and what I noticed is that there is a flow of possible solutions that pop into mind.I'll come back to update this review as I have more experience with this.

We are on our second bag of this stuff. It’s great. I’m not a fan of mushrooms in general, but the taste of this isn’t loamy at all - it’s actually almost coffee-like. It’s a great addition to smoothies. I’ve even been adding it to mac & cheese and other dishes for an interesting flavor profile + all the healthy benefits!I can’t say for sure it’s been good for the brain, but I can’t say it’s not either. We take it in combo with Niacin, which is meant to be especially helpful for myelination and brain function.

I have been taking this for 2 weeks now and I have noticed the changes starting to take form. My mind is starting to feel like foggy and I'm beginning to feel a little more "clear" in a sense.I mix it into my daily routine every morning. It smells like mushrooms but adds no taste. Starting this routine was probably the only struggle I had.The powder is really fine so it can be a little messy, especially with the provided spoon sitting in the product.Overall though, I plan to continue to use this product.

Mixes well, tastes clean and neutral. Good value for price.

Edit*** they have changed their recipe but not their ingredients list! We have been using this product for quite some time now, and after nearly a dozen consistent packages we received one that was much darker in color and clearly mixed with cocoa powder. The taste is pretty obvious. Yet cocoa, to which some people are allergic, IS NOT LISTED IN THE INGREDIENTS. THE PACKAGING HAS NOT CHANGED except for a sticker over the front. I tried to contact customer service but I've been ignored.On the right is the new package we received on the left is one we got about a month or so ago.Highly recommended!Noticeable improvements in brain power!I bought this after reading some research on the subject, and am hoping to try other products from this brand soon!

I have just taken this for two days. The first day I was thinking..no way this could make me feel that good maybe it was just one of those extra good days we all have once in a while :) Second day..the same but even better!!..OK this is even better than the other popular brand sold here on amazon in a package (and capsules) that I have been purchasing for a while. I am amazed at how much more potent this brand is to the other one. I am so happy I finally got to try this wonderful product. I may be back to update my review. I am going to give the Reishi a try also from this company. A solid ***** stars for this great product!!
