Great quality and anti inflammatory
Great quality with good effects. Great for digestion and immunity boost. Very smooth to intake and has great effect on inflammation and acid formation.

As described
I am happy w purchase but do not use it all the time. I did muscle testing when I first got it and my reaction was a strong positive. So I took a capsule. I did again the next day but did not test. I noticed a small "pimple" on my lip line. I can get what turns into a fever blister but not herpes, from too much Vita C. I stopped taking it and the bump stopped feeling like it was there. Then went away. I will keep this, bc I find value in it, but will take sparingly w lots of water and w food.

I question the health benefits that it claims
Used this product for 30 days and didn't see a discernable difference in my health. I won't say that it didn't help, but I also can't say that it did.

Glowing skin
What I like about product is that it is made of amla powder which as we all know has an array of benefits. It really makes my skin glow. Can see the difference after using it for 2 weeks. Added plus point it Amla is high in Vit C so specially right now with the virus all over the world it’s a recommended to help build immunity.

Good for energy
I brought this for my hair and energy levels. It did help with energy but i am not sure if it did anything for hair. I used it for 2 months, perhaps i need to use it a little longer to see effects. Overall it tastes good, so i can just straight eat the powder . Easily dissolved and no residue left in mouth. Amla fruit itself can be a little tangy but i found the powder was good in taste and not tangy.
