Oracal Oramask 813 Low-Tack Stencil Vinyl 8 Inches Roll W/Yellow Detailer Squeegee (8 Inches x 6 Feet Roll)

I used this product to make a stencil for my wedding guestbook (a big wooden sign I had everyone sign). I tried another product and the paint leaked through, which made me have to sand and restain my wood. I was nervous to try this product but it was recommended by a crafty friend. It was PERFECT and so easy!! I used some heat to make sure it adhered well to the wood but the chalk paint didn’t bleed AT ALL! Cutting and weeding was super easy. I will definitely be planning more projects to use this product again.

Easy to use on wood. I would recommend paiting a layer of Mod Pod on object to prevent paint from bleeding. Use very little paint.

This was my first time using stencil vinyl. My biggest complaint with this product was all of the air bubbles after I unrolled it. I tried my best to smooth out the air bubbles before cutting my stencils but it left some wrinkles. The wrinkles caused the stencil to not seal on the wood as well causing some leaking and less crisp lines. It got the job done but I’m not sure that I would buy this in the future.

I have tried everything for the last few hours to try to get this to work. It bubbles as soon as you unroll it so it is impossible to get a clean cut. I tried using smaller pieces to cut smaller designs and no matter what cut settings I use I cannot get this to cut - and I was using it with the exact design and in the same size that I previously used to cut 651. I had a lot of etching projects to do and was very excited to try this based on online reviews. Even a simple letter blown up is causing me a huge amount of frustration. I haven't even got to see if it applies nice enough to etch with. I'm pretty sure scotch tape is less of a pain than this garbage.

Love this brand, so much better than the Cricut. I use it to make stencils for etching and it's perfect.

Cheap. Won't buy again. Used it for a cricut project and with every cut bubbles would appear. Only good thing is that it sticks well.

When it says low tack, it means it! Also, I didn't pay attention so didn't realize this is 8" not the standard 12" of most vinyl products.

Le pongo 1 estrella sólo por la mentira. Hubiera comprado el producto sin el squeegee por el buen precio, y el vinil se ve de calidad Oracal. Pero por qué mentir y engañar al consumidor haciendo publicidad engañosa, innecesario.
