Exact replacement. Works great

This is the third set of burners for my Weber grill. They are the best fitting set yet. It's the only set I've had to restrict the air flow to get even burning.I always thought that stainless steel doesn't rust. Not sure what I'd been buying but they rusted thru. The last set had slots instead of holes. The slots rusted shut. The holes are larger and should last longer.

Installation was straight forward without any issues. The part itself seems to be about the same as the original. Heat distribution seems to be better than the original. The only thing that I have noticed is that the right burner will go out and relight several times until it gets hot. After that there are no issues with it.

Only had to make a small tweak to one tube's air intake to get a perfect blue flame. The other two tubes were spot-on as-delivered.Some have reported needing to modify the tube ends to fit. That was not the case with mine. The far end tabs fit perfectly - slightly loose so there's no expansion/contraction noise. The ingitor slid off the old tube with a gentle pull, carefully using pliers on the clip that holds the ceramic block. It slipped onto the new tube easily but securely.Tip: The screws are not meant to be tightened down. They're only there to keep the tube ends from bouncing out of position if the grill is moved. Just screw them in enough for the threads to be snug so the tube ends can "float" as they expand/contract.. A good bit of their threads will remain visible, yet they'll be secure enough to do the job.

Fit and quality great

Ordered this replacement assembly for our Weber 310 Spirit natural gas BBQ when the 10 year old burners and crossover bar finally stopped working well.Although the screws that hold the burners in place needed to be ground off for removal, the replacement installation was easy enough because Weber incorporates a slot to hold the burners in place, eliminating the need for new screws. Some airflow adjustment was necessary because the new burners had much more gas flow, but that is easily done with the air inlet screen near each burner valve.Now everything works like new.

Worked ok the first time, now just a flame with no real heat to cook with. Tried adjusting the openings to no avail. I’m sure Weber invested a lot of R&D into ensuring that these operate properly and I can tell you in my experience it makes all the difference.The grill is now working as it did when we bought it in 2013. Replaced the “flavorizer” bars with OEM this year after they rusted out after 7 years of use as well as the knobs that had stripped out on the back of the knobs where they attach to the gas controls(also OEM). A lot of people throw away their grills at this point. With $100-$150 and reinvestment it’s working like brand new. Hope this helps!

I purchased this burner kit to replace the rusted burner on my Weber Spirit grill. There were no instructions on how the burners went together. I have replaced the burner on a friends grill so I knew the procedure but if I hadn't done this previously it would not have been an obvious task. My friend got a Weber replacement part and it came with detailed instructions. When the burner was installed I turned on all three burners one at a time. The right burner did not fill the full tube with flame at high flow.When I lowered the flow it did go almost the full length. With the flavonoid shield in place it is hard to tell if the burner is filled the full length with flame. This was close to half the price of OEM so I guess you get what you pay for. The stainless construction of the tube looks good so I will need to see the longevity of the burners.
