This is my 2nd time buying the ampule cream because I loved it, but the 2nd white plastic lid that should be in the container was missing, and the sticker on the box was already damaged. It was supposed to be a 'new' product, and a used cosmetic is definitely not a thing you'd want to receive. Disappointing\,
