They should change the packaging
When I first got the product I was so confused. It comes in a box that says it's for the back of a headrest. Once opened, you can see it does fit in a vent but I wish it just said universal tablet holder instead of the headrest one. Also, it is not very sturdy. I've tightened it several times and it's still very shaky .

Wobbles a lot
Wobbles a lot at pretty much any angle. Needs more contact points or a stiffer joint to stabilize side to side motion. Doesn't keep its angle very well either

Better used upside down.
I got this to hold my LG V60 dual screen phone. So far it works great. I personally use it upside down. It makes more since to have the adjustable part on top increase it does get lose it doesn't fall out.
