Save your money and don't bother with these. I've used them for a week now and they capture no hair. I have to Huskies so there is plenty of opportunity in my laundry to capture hair... but these don't.

Do not buy this item. First of all, the ratings and reviews are not for the product shown, its for a cup holder item. So it is misleading at first glance because you think this is a well reviewed item.Second - the product does not work. There are no instructions on how to use it. When placed in the washing machine nothing is captured in the net. The product has a huge gap between the top and the net so I don’t understand how it could capture anything.

The two that I’ve used both trapped hair, but the also fell apart after the first use. I really had hopes for these things!

2 out of the 4 have lasted more than one wash cycle. I did find you have to do a smaller load for the them to be a float in washing machine. one plastic broke on arrival , the 2 rd net fall off and loop piece will not stay on that holds the net I may try to glue, the 3 one the net comes of in the wash cycle like my washer agatition in wash is too much for it , may try sewing it on. 4th as long as leave little lint in the net, and smaller load with extra water it does pretty good job . so buy them as cheap as you can for big lot so you will end up with some that work

I was surprised to see so many negative reviews. When I 1st received the item I thought it flimsy and would tear up quickly. It has not torn up one bit. I've used it a dozen times or more. And I was very surprised at how much lint it trapped. No, it doesn't get all of it. But it gets enough of it I can pull out the clump from the net, dry it and use the wad for firestarter. Certainly makes a difference. I think a trick is to place it in the washer LAST after the clothes have been placed in the washer. Don't overload the washer either.

Having both a long haired dog & cat, I’m always on the lookout for better ways to remove hair when doing laundry.SKIP THIS PRODUCT IF YOU USE A FRONT LOAD WASHER!I can’t say if this would work in a top loading washer, but they didn’t gather a single hair when used through several loads of hair covered laundry in my front loading washer.Very disappointed!

This product, for me, did nothing. I have given it multiple goes in the washer and it has come out empty. No hair in the trap. I have 2 big dogs that shed a lot, a cat, and a rabbit. I was so hopeful, as I hang my laundry out in good weather, that it would catch all the fur. I was disappointed.

This is my second order. They wear out, which is understandable. I wash a load everyday, and several on weekends. It’s just the tip that fills. I have 3 large dogs who shed. That’s a lot of fur not going down my drain.
