Not clear why this requires healthcare license
Syringes are able to be purchased by any person. Needled products are the ones limited for consumer purchase. I have been purchasing for years to provide liquid medications (prescribed by the vet) and liquid food to sick rescue animals. Rating was high when was not restricted.
