Needed to re-weave a chair seat and wanted to experiment with this type of twine. It was the perfect thickness for me and made a very sturdy and long-lasting seat. The seat has been used for a couple of weeks now and there has been no sign of stretching/ripping. Had plenty leftover twine after completion, probably more than half, and have no problem finding it other purposes as it's very versatile and looks good in crafty projects such as crocheting - made an amazing, solid base for a little crochet basket.Really recommend it, good value for the money.Only note - every now and again you'll find a little discoloration or excess hair tangled in, but it's very easy to remove and maintain neat look throughout your projects.

This is perfect twine for all of my gardening requirements! What's even better is the price! A small ball of this twine (50m) is sold in my local garden centre for £8.74!This twine is super strong, holds pea & bean poles wonderfully, and being natural twine when you tie your knots the twine tightens & doesn't come undone! ( I've tried all kinds of twine both natural & man made, in the garden & at the first breeze & the string comes undone, even for an old boy scout!) Also I've noticed that pea plants climbe & their tendrils wrap on to this twine better than any other string both natural & man made.I'll definitely be back for more!

Nice twine, neat finish, no snags. Used for wedding work, it was the perfect finish for the bouquet handles and buttonholes. As a florist, I buy a lot of twine for various uses and have found that quality is not a given! This twine is lovely to work with and although quite fine, very strong. I will definitely buy it again,

This twine is fabulous. I bought this to make garlands for Christmas , sewing bells on to a length of twine. Really good quality. Like another reviewer I cannot see me having to buy twine again for a long time. This has so many uses , good value for money and good quality. :)

Sorry for the 4 stars but a little warning please anyone that smokes don't be smoking around it as it smells like petrol and even your hands will smell of it. On the plus side its brilliant to use and doesn't snap easily, I've been using it to build an arbour from old tree cutting and it's holding strong, gives it a lovely rustic look which I wanted. At the moment I've left it in the air as not finished as yet but hopefully the smell dissipates as I absolutely hate the smell of petrol. All in all, I think other than the smell it's a great buy and lots of it

This is great jute. A little itchy to work with for macrame but makes some very vintage looking pieces. Unravels nicely but when brushed out as with all jute a lot of fiber is lost. No stetch. This is no a criticism just an observation for anyone not used to this medium. Very well priced and very happy. Will buy more once I'm short on cord.

I’ve used half a dozen of these balls of twine over the past couple of years. It’s strong, great value and reuseable as long as you keep it off of the ground, if it sits in wet soil it quickly deteriorates…

I bought this for my allotment work, was worried that it may not feed from the centre because it has a tube core, but I simply pushed the core out and it feeds/unwinds perfectly. I will be using it to replace all the horrid plastic twine I've been using because it is so strong. Plus, and this is, I'm sure, important for art works etc., when binding around canes the knots hold tight.A wonderful purchase.
