Carburetor works good. Running like it should again. Easy install, and good price.

Tuned to perfection, fit great, and toped out at 28 mph on my daughter's quad with me (140lbs) on it.

The kit seems like a decent setup and the price is hard to beat. Most import toys do not have a serviceable carb to my knowledge and this has the regular adjustments and serviceability that you are familiar with. In my case, it was a very easy and straightforward bolt on with very minor modifications needed. I drilled out the filter and added a fuel barb to maintain factory pcv. The carb is a little larger than factory so it’s a tighter squeeze on the kids TaoTao 110, but I was able to use the filter sleeve and adjust to fit over the block. Very minor tuning would be best, it smells a little rich but certainly drivable out of the box. It has no instructions, but it’s literally 2 10mm bolts and a slip of the throttle cable. YouTube has plenty of tutorials if you’re not confident. I did not end up using all the extra hardware but it’s good to keep on hand. Lesson learned, rec fuel only and stabilizer when appropriate. If you really want to wake it up grab a performance CDI with it.

I recently purchased this carburetor, and overall I’m pretty happy with it. It fit well and was fairly easy to install, which made the process much smoother than expected. Once installed, my engine started up quickly and has been running much better than before. The performance has been solid—smooth idling and improved throttle response. It definitely did what I needed it to do and brought my equipment back to life. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to make a few small adjustments to get it running just right, and the instructions could have been a bit clearer. But once everything was dialed in, it worked great. Overall, it’s a good quality carburetor for the price and gets the job done. I would recommend it, especially if you don’t mind a little fine-tuning.

I bought a coolster 125cc atv brand new. The atv idled rough and whenever I’d adjust the idle Screw it would rev up and down randomly. Would get the idle set and after riding it for a few minutes idle would be out of sync again. Adjusted idle numerous times and it wouldn’t idle right. Randomly it would run fine. It would also stall after you revved the engine in neutral as the RPMS came back down. It would also stall upon braking hard and coming to an abrupt stop. I knew it had to be the carburetor. I was really disappointed that the brand new atv wouldn’t run right and I was extremely irritated. Well, I read the reviews on here and decided “what the heck, for 14 bucks I’ll give it a try”. Installation was a breeze after watching some YouTube videos on how to install it. Just type in 125cc coolster carburetor install. Got it installed in 20 minutes, fired it up and it started immediately, no choke needed, no throttle needed, just purred like a kitten. I was impressed. Was what I fully expected after seeing some of the reviews on this thing! Guaranteed others are having issues with the 125cc coolster at idle especially in neatral. Replace your carburetor with this one and you won’t regret it! If your not mechanically savvy watch the YouTube videos. It was my first carb install ever and took me 20 minutes. Hardest part is the throttle cable. Be sure to pay attention to which way the pin gets inserted AND how the cable slots into the plastic cylinder piece.

Everything fit just fine. Leaked after 20 minutes of ride time. I cleaned the needle and held up ok. Cheap gasket swelled and was difficult to reinstall.
