BICO4mm Black Rubber Necklace (CL5)

Just what I was looking for to use with my large pendant.

The tubing itself is quite sturdy and the clasp fittings seem to be well secured. I've showered wearing it, and it doesn't seem to be causing any problems. I find my hair doesn't catch in it as much, but I do have short hair (it's not catching hairs against my neck either). I bought this to hold a ring I can't wear anymore, and it's not causing any tarnish or chips or anything to the ring itself. It's a little thicker than I expected, but I think that's just going to make it sturdier!

Bought despite the claim of an odor, which did not exist when the package was opened. There was/is no bad smell. The lobster claw is large so nothing would fit though it. The other end is also big so you need to determine if a pendant will fit. I did pull the rubber to try to stretch a little and the clasp came off but easily glued back on. Great to keep on when showering. So far so good.

THE PLUS IS: COMFORTABLE, STURDY. THEY DON'T SNAG LIKE CHAINS OR STAY SOAKED LIKE LEATHER. THE NEGATIVE IS THESE RUBBER NECKLACES TEND TO DRY OUT AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF SHOWERING AND WEAR, AND LOSE THEIR ELASTICITY, AND I CANNOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO BRING THEM BACK TO LIFE. STILL, FOR THE PRICE, I THINK THEY'RE THE WAY TO GO.

Very nice necklace. My favorite part of this necklace that unlike leather or paracord this piece does not retain odor. When worn daily similarly constructed leather necklaces would develop an unpleasant smell not so with this piece. The clasp is very strong and easy to operate and the necklace is sturdy and has taken several hard tugs with no damage. The only issue i have with the necklace is the rubber is very slick and the clasp tends to work its way to the front.

I wore out my other necklace after many years of wear, this new one is great, thanks for a great necklace at a great price

It can hold a retractable key chain and led mag light for < 1.5 years. I have eczema. It causes less eczema problems than stainless steel.

It's pretty good quality.
