Zipper Placement
To be fair I've only worn them around the house. But the zippers on the legs to convert the pants to capris (long shorts) are placed right at knee level. So when you are wearing them as pants the zipper hits you right at the knee and in the bend behind. I'm slightly annoyed with the feel just in the house. I'm not sure if after I hike in them in July whether I will just permanently convert them to the shorts. Also the zippers seem a little flimsy and look as though to put the legs back on may be more of a hassle than they are worth.

Nice
First time buying hiking pants. Need them for an upcoming vacation that's closer to the equator where we will be doing light hiking a couple of days. The fabric is lightweight but a little stiffer than what I was expecting - but it seems sturdy so I guess that's what's important. I LOVE that they are long, can roll up to capris and can unzip for shorts! Will reduce the amount of items I need to pack. Turning the pants into shorts was easy - putting the fabric back together was a little tricky until I figured out which bottom went with which top part. LOL The zipper that stays when converting to shorts has an overlay of fabric so do not worry about a zipper cutting up your legs. Also, spent a considerable amount of time (NEWBIE here!) trying to find the snaps to convert these into capris. SPOILER ALERT! there is a small snap hidden under a very tiny flap in the seams of the leg - mid-calf! Totally unnoticeable at first and since they're small, I wasn't feeling where they were. I'm glad these are quick dry because I can wash them in the sink on vacay and hopefully they will dry overnight. VERY pleased with my purchase and can't wait to wear these!

Size 26 fits like a snug size 2
Although these fit very snug, they stretch more than I realized at first, and after walking around for awhile they proved so comfortable that I forgot I was wearing them, lol.At 124 lbs and 5'6", I consistently wear size 2 (26) pants. However, these are so slim in design there isn't a lot of ease to allow for movement. I planned to return them for the larger size (27), but since that was out of stock I decided to try these one more time, and I'm glad that I did!Because I prefer my clothes to fit slim they will work out well, and size 27 would probably be annoyingly loose for my small waist. If you prefer a roomier fit go up One size. Size 26 pants have a 9.25" front rise, 13" back, inseam is 29.5", shorts inseam is 8".I deducted one point because they don't have the cinch cord at pants hem as promised, ie you will need to add one to keep out bugs. I wear lavender lotion for that purpose, which is very effective for fleas and biting flies, however, I don't know how effective it is against ticks, or mountain mosquitoes (not in my area). The front pockets won't hold much because they are sharply angled and shallow (and too snug), but the back pockets are deep enough to safely hold my S10+ phone, and the zip pocket on the leg is also fairly deep. In fact, I had to fold it back up under the hem after zipping off the pants portion to wear as shorts (it stayed in place well). The zippers are easy to remove the lower leg portion even while wearing them, however, there is a definite Right-Left leg, so make sure to line up the correct leg when reattaching. Be sure to insert the zip tab Completely to the end in line with the attached side before you try to pull it up, ie it won't budge until both edges are completely aligned. Also, those lower sections will double as a tan screen when sunbathing to even out my upper leg tan for swimming, Win-Win!

These pants run small in size
These pants appear to be of good quality but they do run small. I'm 5'3" 128 lbs with larger thighs-I bought a size Small (4-6). Unfortunately-I have to return them.

Comfortable, lightweight, great for squatting work
Bought these for gardening, lots of bending and squatting. The day starts cold, then gets hot, so being able to zip off after lunch is wonderful. I've only worn one day, so can't speak to durability, but I love them enough that I just bought another pair.I got the navy blue and the zipper covers about 3/4th thigh, just shows some skin above knee, which is perfect length for shorts for me. I'm 5'9" and 165 lbs, athletic body shape and got size 8 and it's perfect and flattering on the bum. I usually wear size 8 or 10 in jeans.

Too short
I’m about 5’7 and a half and 155 pounds. I usually wear an 8 or 10 depending on brand. I got these in black, size 8 and they were too tight but like I said, sometimes I’m a 10 so that’s understandable. I had to return them and did not reorder a bigger size because they were way too short and I didn’t think a bigger size would give me enough length. I thought they were cute and I liked the material and length of the shorts but I wanted pants that I could convert to shorts so they didn’t work for me.

Love these!!
I love these and plan on getting at least another pair. Of course, they're comfortable and the pockets are very adequate. I knew they had the zip off legs but I discovered they also have the option to roll them up using very cool hidden snaps... and they're on both sides of each leg!!! Usually you get one snap per leg and the leg hangs weird.

Nice pants for the price.
I liked the product and ordered another pair. I am wearing a 16. I am in between sizes soooo...that is not the company's fault. They said it would have a bit of an elastic waist band but it did not but it does have belt loops so that is great. And I love the little velcro at the bottom that you can fit around your ankles!Have reordered another pair.
