This product has been a God send for my sciatica nerves , When on Car Trips, My Sciatica and Back Pain really act up ,but with this it allows me to be very comfortable and even to be able to sit for long comfortable car trips, recently we drove to Myrtle Beach S.C. which is a 7-8 hr car trip plus stopping for food and bathroom breaks so it was more like 9 hours total, and i did wonderful and had absolutely no pain at all. It was amazing . I picked a 1 for warmth only because its a cooling gel pillow not a warming pillow, but it does exactly what i need. Now i have it in my car and everyday i get in my car i say ahhhhhhh. Thank You so much for this product. Do you have any other Sciatica RELIEF PRODUCTS ?

I don't write many reviews - I try to save mine for when I really have something to say.My mom recently was very sick and lost a lot of weight. With that came loss of much of her "padding" which made long car rides and even sitting on our nearly brand new power reclining leather couch uncomfortable for "seat".So I got her this cushion. It has made such a huge impact that she carries it around with her from car to couch. I'll be ordering another one in the next day or two so she can have one in the house and one in the car.I was worried the gel would make the seat to cold for her as she is extremely temperature sensitive, but she loves it. I find her happily passed out sitting up on the couch now which she hasn't been able to do for months now. I imagine she will continue to use this cushion even after she has regained some of her own "padding".

My experience was the cushion became flat and provided little support. Still its better than nothing.

I bought both the one with the cooling gel and the one without it.I can't compare it to one another the one with the gel is more comfortable and much more convenient to seat on, although the other one isn't bad at all I would prefer the one with the gel at first.It works well and did the job as described in the product description!!!If you want a comfortable seat this is the one!!

Timely delivery. Used following back surgery, took a 2hr flight 4days after surgery. Handle made it easy to carry and hook to my carry on. Very comfortable, does relieve pressure and cools. Great Price, Awesome Product!

Was hoping for so much more. I only weigh 145 and sitting on this it flattens. Shouldn't have bothered. Not doing much good. Do not purchase!

I love this. I use it on my golf cart to absorb some of the shock the trails cause to my lower back and it works like an charm.
