The Lakeside Collection Beadboard Buffet Sideboard Storage Cabinet - Off White

I’m not one to leave reviews, but this cabinet has earned one. My husband and I put it together last night. The size of as expected. I find it to be perfect size honestly. The instructions were on one piece of paper but was easy to follow. The screens themselves weren’t labeled, however the paper showed the pictures of the screws. It was real easy to tell which screws were which. Someone made the comment that it had a lot of plywood. Not true. It had three very firm plywood boards. In fact the plywood boards were thinker then all the ply woods I ever came across in my 38 years of life and my husband’s 48 years of life. I was actually surprised. Most pieces outside of the 3 pieces of plywood are wood. Then you got your screws and whatnot that obviously ain’t.This I really don’t regret getting. Though I will admit after reading some reviews, I was skeptical to get this. However I’m so glad I went with my better judgment and got this. It’s perfect for in my living room where I wanted it. I’m actually thinking about buying another one to be honest. I recommend you buy this cabinet/storage unit. You won’t regret it. Well at least I know I didn’t and don’t.

The media could not be loaded.  Upon assembling this product carefully, it did not take long to discover the poor quality of the materials. The compressed wood panels could not tolerate a minimal level of hand-tightened pressure and likewise could not support the screws to keep the components tight and functional. The plastic pieces included to support the single shelf are extremely weak and will not safely support glassware you care about. There is no way possible this item should have been priced at this level and it has already been rendered useless...

Very cute. It does the job. But it is a little cheap quality. Not sure how long it will last or if it will survive a move but for now it looks great and holds plenty of snacks. I love the color as advertised.

Not the greatest quality lot of cheap press board. Have doubts how well the door hinges will last, put them on backwards had to remove and press board screw holes stripped out, filled wholes with epoxy and put back together, will see. One page instructions were terrible, not complete, hard to follow and 90% of pieces were not labeled. I have put together many items in the past and instructions, quality control very poor. Would have returned but would have taken me forever to cram back in box, they did do a good job of packing it.

We just got our package and I have opened it to check inventory. As others have said, it is a darker red than the picture which is great. So if you want that fire engine red, this isn't it. We are missing 8 screws, so that's a little frustrating and the reason I took a star off..I was looking forward to putting this together tonight. 2nd star is because of some scuffs, scratches, and other marks on the boards that shouldnt be there. I don't think they'll be seeable once it's together, but still feel the damage should be noted. Looking forward to receiving the missing screws! Will update when it's complete!

This is such a cute product, unfortunately holes are drilled in the wrong places, some boards are cut too small, and the screws to hold the top are too short and don't hold it on. I cant even finish putting it together, because the wood splits due to the holes not being drilled in the correct places.

I needed a cheap, simple, temporary storage unit quick and in regards to that this is a great value, for the prize it is a nice looking, stable little shelf. However I took a star off because one of the doors has a long scuff mark on the front and the vertical panels towards the back had some damage on the inside.Another star off for the instructions. Good ones would have made assembly take half the time, however the entire instructions for this were printed on half a page with only very small pictures. Yes, you can figure out by picturing in your head how everything needs to go, but that could be avoided with even just utilizing the empty backside of the page as well. If you have never put anything together would recommend an extra set of hands to stabilize....

If I could give this no stars, I would. Biggest waste of money! First it smelled like engine oil or gasoline, when I took it out of the box. The instructions leave a lot to be desired, as they are not very clear. When you are screwing the pieces together, the boards are so thin, they split long before you can ever get the screw all the way in. Wish I had listened to all the reviews on here about it.
