Poor design too many flaws:-need three hands-handel keep poping off- knives cheep and do not catch the foodShipper proveded return lableWe paid return shipping. Label has outdated address so it was returnd to us month later.

Easy to use
It's the latest model. They've upgraded the plastic used for the handle (previous weak spot). Wow! Easy to use. Easy to clean. Simple moving parts (turn the handle back and forth instead of in only one direction). Use with with a Bokashi composter bin and you're as green as you might hope to be without worms. I live in CA and it gets 'hot' during the summer. I need something I can maintain 'inside'. Shred, compost, ferment, rinse and repeat.
