This is without a doubt the best pancake mix I have ever used. So easy, and so light & fluffy.Its a bit expensive but worth it.

Pretty good stuff but expensive 1 package makes 10 decent size pancakes so if your feeding hungry, growing, football playing boys good luck.

Great gift
I bought my parents a new waffle maker for Christmas, and got them some waffle mix and syrup to go with it. They said they loved this mix (sadly, I did not get to have any!) and it was really tasty.
