Mad ProfessorSnow White AutoWah Effect Pedal

I’ve owned numerous auto wahs and the Mad professor is the best to my ear. The only way to have a better sounding wah is to have an actual wah pedal which was tired of dealing with. Highly recommend.

This thing is terrific. I tried a couple other pedals and they barely any wah effect at all. I decided to give it one more shot with the mad professor and all I can say is I love this pedal. It takes a little bit to get the sensitivity set to your playing style but once you’re dialed in, the wah effect is intense.

This pedal is as advertised - works very well in creating that famous auto-wah sound. Controls allow it to produce a range of sounds, but set a certain way, it is just what I was looking for.

I compared this with the EQD Spatial Delivery which is a very versatile superior made envelope filter with extra features and effects. I returned the SD. The SD has a wonderful clarity of tone, but the wah sounds more like being under water. Not an easy decision as EQD is USA, hand wired and lifetime warranty. It came down to the versatility of the wah for me. I could have gotten great bright wah on the SD, but then I’d have to roll back my tone or EQ it to tame the brightness. The SWAW is a complete AW. Great tone in the bright and can go all the way to muffled. Unless someone else matches or tops this my replacement would another SWAW. I love it.

These come in handy when you want a quick in and out of a wah effect. I find it helpful on Santana riffs.

Just remember to keep the batteries topped up!
