Bags Improperly Filled
The first thing I noticed on delivery was that all three bags seemed to be filled differently. I weighed the clear one at 1.8 oz, the teal one at 2.0 oz and the red one at 2.5 oz. The clear one was only half full and the teal one was just a shade over half full. The red one was the only one that was filled with the beads the way it should have been filled. There was a card enclosed that explained they were a small company and wanted a chance to make things right if there was anything wrong with my order. I sent them an email describing the situation but they did not return a response.

Weak ice-pak
Used for first time 3 days ago. My aunt put in soft cooler and it broke. All the beads were everywhere. Had to find all before my dog could eat them.

Perfect for use on the eyes.
These small packs are wonderful for tired eyes. I keep them in the refrigerator (not freezer) so they're cold, yet pliable, when I need them. When the one I'm using warms up, I place it back in the fridge and get another cold one. Instant relief!I bought a second set for a friend who has macular degeneration and has to have a monthly injection in her eye. She raves about the relief she get from using these cold packs after her treatments.Easy to wash to keep clean for use on the eyes.

Hot flash relief
I bought these to help me with hot flashes-- I just freeze them and when I'm "flashing," I stick one down the center of my bra next to my skin. It sounds weird, but there are large blood vessels that are close to the skin in that area, so the cold helps to cool me down. It's amazing how well this method works, and these little cold packs are just the right size and shape.

Works well for the heat!
I have this stuffed toy with a pouch in the back for heat packs that I sleep with when it's that time of the month or I when have a stomachache. I had to toss the old one because it wore out so I bought these since the sizing was close. I'm not sure I love the beads as much as the gel one I had but this does the trick. I heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds, insert it into my stuffed toy, and lay it across my belly. I find it relaxing enough to fall asleep.

TEENY TINY
Buyer Beware! These are TINY, even though the photo makes them look "normal" size. I'd say I should have read the description better, but NOWHERE is the size mentioned. I'll use them, but they aren't as expected..

Palm sized ice packs are fantastic!
These little ice packs are great for small injuries -- example: sore ankle. The ice pack can be gently molded into the right shape by hand. Small enough to strap to an ankle with an ace bandage or something similar. They defrost within a half an hour or so, which means you get the right amount of icing (20 min) without having to really think about it. Cute colors, too. Haven't tried using them as hot packs yet.
