I bought this product when I saw the words “eczema” and “chemical free.” I have moderate to severe eczema and it tends to be more on the severe side in the winter months. When it came in, it was exactly like the picture on the screen. I opened it up and it has a pleasant Shea butter scent. No perfume smell at all. I used it on my cracked hands and it felt amazing. It soothes my dry skin and that gives relief from the burning skin that comes with eczema. It is a solid cream that melts as you apply it so your skin doesn’t feel like it has been caked with artificial moisturizers. It is a great value because a little goes a long way! I will definitely be ordering more. One for my bedside table, my purse, my desk at work... it is a must have if you are seeking relief from dry skin and/or eczema.

It stay greasy just a little too long, but overall it works really well. Helps stop itching also.

I've been having issues with chronic eczema on my arm for over a year now. I was getting really sick of constantly using the topical ointment my doctor prescribed on one spot, only to have a different spot emerge later -- especially since the ointment warns not to use it long term. After quitting the ointment I tried using combinations of lotion and petroleum jelly twice per day, but that didn't really do anything.I actually found this Auntee B product via a Reddit post, and figured I'd give it a shot as I had nothing to lose. I have to be honest in that I was skeptical. I don't often try natural remedies, and I figured my eczema was just a different kind of beast if the prescription ointment couldn't keep it at bay.However, my photos speak for themselves. The eczema patches are just... gone. These photos are taken a few weeks apart, after applying once per day. I am so genuinely impressed. The one thing I don't quite like about the product is its smell, but (1) artificial scents would be bad to use on eczema patches anyway and (2) I'll take the smell any day for the results I got.I can't speak to other skin issues, but if you're struggling with eczema, you should give this product a shot! Maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised like I was.

I like how soft it is on my daughters skin- i still have to rapply it 1-2 times but I can space out the application because her skin stays moist longer. There isn’t much scent to it which we like.

Product was old...not very spreadable...pulling away from edge of jar as if drying out. Product stiff not soft and not easy to apply to skin.Purchased for psoriasis, but not very nourishing? for skin.Would not recommend, rip off, waste of money

I struggle with dry skin every winter, this year was significantly worse with wearing a mask all the time. I literally had flakes of dry skin all over my mouth and nose area. Tried Aquaphor, vitamin E, shea butter, coconut oil...really no help.Then the dry skin gods smiled upon me and pointed me in the direction of Auntee B's... I slathered this stuff all over my face just hoping that this would offer even a little relief...Well let me tell you, my only regret is that I didn't do before and after pictures, because after just one night my flakes are gone. Skin is looking way better! Auntee B is great stuff! Customer fo life

This product is excellent. My 3yr old sun gets small eczema patches in the winter months and Aquaphor is a joke. By using this salve, his patches were gone in 5 days.
