It is just what it says
These fixtures are perfect as long as you have 240V outlets. Two flat horizontal prongs and a ground, exactly like what the high temp metal halide and sodium bulbs take. Have had no issues with ballasts yet like I did on the 120V, but by contacting customer service, they sent me new ballasts.Highly recommend seller and product.Hope they come back in stock soon

Don't buy!
Product arrived after 2 weeks of waiting, then I figured out why. It comes from Europe and has European type electrical plugs not American. So in order to use it you have to change the plug, only to find that it doesn't work and now you can't send it back because you had to change the plug. Amazon you might wanna mention that when listing this light to American customers. Unbelievable!

Funny plug not 120v or 240v
I bought this a few months back and didn’t open it till I needed it.Once I opened it I realized it doesn’t run on 120v or 240v.It’s a funny plug that I can’t use.Can’t return cause it’s been to long

It is a 220v plug
These other guys shouldn't be playing around with stuff they don't know anything about. I've had one running for like 6 months and got a 2nd now. The plants love it , it's 220 it's a us plug but your outlet has to be wired for it. Its not for a regular socket .

I have friends who ordered this and are very pleased.
I haven't put it up and used it yet(finishing the room) but the friends that I have always say the best things about it. One friend said it was the best out of all of them and she ordered 2 more. I've seen the results from them so I can't wait.

Damaged. Broken bulbs. Poor quality.
I ordered one of these and it had several issues right out of the box; bent housing, broken bulbs, contact points didn’t align, contact points not working. Total nightmare. So, I filed a return claim and was sent a second one… same exact issues but even worse than the first one. Waste of time and money.

The power cord isn't what is advertised.
Overall rating is 0 stars because the advertisement didn't match the product. The description says 15 feet cord at best, 5 feet. Value for money also got 0 stars because I'm now having to order more parts to make this light work.
