Decent flavor
This thyme is a good dried herb. It can be restored with a touch of moisture to return its flavor. This my recommended spice company for the quality of ingredient outside of growing your own herbs.

Very aromatic, but also contains a lot of small pieces of stems
The herb is very aromatic and adds a lot of flavor, and I like the look of little flakes of dried herb in my meat and vegetable stews. One star is withheld from this review: there are a lot of short pieces of thin stems, about ½" long, that really mar the texture of the dishes.

Organic, health benefits, smells and tastes great - easy order and delivery and well packaged
I recently read of the many benefits of thyme for your health. I haven't reallly used this spice often and decided I would start incorporating it in many ways and more often. I started shopping locally and couldn't find organic or in some cases at all. Perhaps others read the same article and there was a rush on thyme. I was happy to find it on Amazon and got it in a few days. The price was in line with what it would have been locally for me. It smells great and tastes good. It was well packaged and arrived safely. Hope that helps.
