Good piece to get entryways organized. It is beautiful and practical enough that we complimented it. Feels very sturdy and safe too. The hook on the side is amazing and we use it to hang hats and umbrellas.The instructions are extremely clear and all of the parts are labeled. We have spent an hour to assemble it.Love and very happy with this purchase. It is just what we were looking for!

The media could not be loaded.  I was searching for kind of bench where you can put the shoes too and I found this , I like it and give you 4 star , but it was challenging for my husband to install 🤣🤣🤣and it took him around an hour and half , and also if you have kids at the house I recommend you screw it to wall otherwise accident will happen 😔and it looks nice 👍🏻 I don’t have regrets that we got it , good price too

We needed something for a vacation rental home that we own in Florida. One of the rooms didn't have a closet, so there was no where for guests to hang things. This was easy to assemble and looks really nice when set up. Our first guests used it (which was family that stayed with us at the home for a week while we vacationed there) and they loved it. They used every inch of it and it worked great.

This product fits perfectly where I wanted it and the color is great. Some of the screws did not fit in the designated holes very well which made assembly very difficult. I would recommend having two people to assemble. It was a little pricey but I think that’s the going rate for everything these days but I would’ve like to see a little bit cheaper.

We have had this for approximately 3 months and within 2 months the coat hooks started breaking with only the weight of kids coats being placed on them. Also, one of the bench feet broke with a little weight on it which was nowhere near the weight limit. Of course it is past the return period, but I will be looking into what can be done about this issue.Update: After contacting the company they sent us replacement parts rather quickly. We ended up buying different hooks that are better quality at a local store.

This is such a good rack to get our entryway organized. The metal frames are very sturdy, and the hooks that comes with it are pretty strong, we use it to hang our hats, jackets and some other stuff too, pretty useful! The instructions are clear and the parts are all labeled, so the assembly is not too hard, we spent less an hour to get it done.This rack is a space saver for us, we’re now in love with it and very satisfied, totally recommended!

I really like this hall tree. It could have been a little easier to put together. All the parts were in the box, it just didn't look like it at first. We ended up using power tools and separately purchased screws. It's a tiny bit wobbly if you don't attach it to the wall as suggested in the instructions.It looks good and is exactly what I wanted.

In addition to no including instructions, the only seller related information was a "service" email address that was not valid. No website, nothing online to be found either. Thankfully it was want too complicated for me, as I have assembled countless pieces of furniture/ikea type assemblies. But, someone not accustomed to assembly, it could be daunting. I said poor quality because the frame was thin enough that the screws will bend the frame if you try to tighten too much. Perhaps I shouldnt have used a drill, but the torque was set low. I also include the comment poorer than expected because there were cheaper pieces out there, but I paid more expecting it to be a little more "sturdy". all in all, I would not suggest it to anyone. I left it at 2 stars because it is generally what was advertised, in the pictures and "generally" as described. I weigh about 230 and it feels fine when I sit on it...that alone is good enough for the 2nd star....but be careful if you order.
